A 50% retainer and signed agreement reserve your wedding date on our studio calendar. (Special courtesy retainers or promotional booking terms may apply during select showcase events.) The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
Inaugural portfolio pricing, promotional credits, courtesy retainers, or showcase exclusive rates are valid only during designated promotional periods, must be claimed by the date stated on your custom quote, and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Complimentary travel is included within 30 miles of the DFW metroplex. Modest round-trip mileage or standard hotel lodging rates apply for destination venues beyond this radius.
To provide the best interactive guest experience, we require a clear 6'x6' footprint with good line of sight to the ceremony or reception, access to a standard three-prong electrical outlet (for easel lighting), and reasonable protection from harsh outdoor weather elements.
Because we paint in traditional fine art oils, please allow 8-12 weeks following your wedding for studio touch-ups, proper archival curing, and protective varnishing before white-glove pickup or insured home delivery.
